Check this out! Short term rentals are allowed in this Hartwell Lake neighborhood! 305 North Shores Drive is a 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom Southland Log Home that is only 8 years old. It's on a very gently sloped waterfront lot with a covered dock in place. There's a huge outdoor kitchen area that would be great for entertaining friends and family. This home is being sold furnished so it could easily become a short-term rental property on AirBnb or VRBO. A gravel driveway slopes down this 1.2 acre lot to a concrete pad and the home's two car attached garage. Very high ceilings and windows in the great room allow in lots of light and shows off the huge stone wood-burning fireplace. There are hardwood floors throughout the main level of the home. The main floor has the master bedroom and an additional bedroom and full bathroom. The kitchen has granite counter tops and a pantry with rolling barn doors and the window above kitchen sink faces towards the lake. A large laundry room separates the kitchen from the garage and has a utility sink and extra storage for more kitchen gadgets or food for bulk shoppers. The upper level has two more bedrooms, a full bathroom and a loft that looks over the great room. The upstairs bathroom is modeled after an outhouse with its cool metal roof. All that's missing is the moon on the door. This home is located very close by water to the Tabor Ramp. If this home were used as a rental property, a guest could easily bring their boat to the lake house using this ramp. The North Shores community is small and friendly and they sometimes gather to socialize. Don't let this one get away! Offers will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5th, 2022. Please allow sufficient time for sellers to respond.
